Carol Dysart received her formal education at the University of
California, Los Angeles, and followed this by completing a M. Sc.
Counseling degree from San Diego State University after having worked
and taught for 15 years, in public high school, colleges, and universities.
Carol then turned her love for and interest in people to finding
out more about what makes them “tick.” As a result,
she found the DISC tool and has never looked back. As a Master Relationship
Specialist she has now worked with the Excellerated Business Schools’

programs since 1980 as an instructor and international consultant.
She moved to New Zealand for 4 ½ years to continue her work
