IDEAL TEAM Analysis with Private Consultation

Get a birds-eye perspective on your entire team and our PeopleSmart DISCology software will select an idea team of 3 to 10 people from thirty people at once, depending on your needs.

Try out different combinations, looking across departments, job titles or experience and find your ideal team to get your particular job done. Use this tool to predict most successful behavior. See in advance how any group of people will tend to participate. The Ideal Team Analysis includes a Team Analysis Report for each team it picks and a private customized consultation between consultant and the Team Leader.

Our PeopleSmart DISCology Software overlays their DISC graphs and Style Summary Grid and anticipates where the harmony or conflicts is predictable - giving you lots of warning and a change to communicate, plan strategies, and design the perfect, right relationship. And ideal way to start any relationship, this services prevents future conflict by being able to see their potential in advance. Informed by the report, you can work with a coach or consultant to design the ideal relationship - or choose not to have one at all!
